A recruitment company with a great reputation and an even bigger heart are on the search for a passionate recruiter to join their business and lead a team of budding recruiters


Starting from humble beginnings over 30 years ago, they have maintained their nurturing feel and have kept a number of high-profile clients for a very long period of time.

They firmly believe that looking after a customer is more important than winning their business in the first place, and have proven how key this is through years of relationship building and tremendous success placing with them.


Due to this success, they now have room for a Team Leader to join the team and help them take the business to the next level.

Whilst they are in a position where theyve had to turn away new business due to volume, they would like someone who can not only look after and build rapport with their customers but can also help win new business and map the relevant markets as and when needed by the company.


You will get the chance to work with some of the most knowledgeable recruiters in the midlands area with impeccable reputations, and the opportunity to work on some exciting projects.

Their office is based in Solihull and is reachable by public transport. However, for those of you that drive, free parking is also available at the office itself. There are a variety of shops and restaurants nearby, so all your needs are taken care of


THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:


  • At Senior Recruitment Consultant level currently
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A strong billings history
  • A positive can do attitude
  • A desire to succeed
  • The ability to work as part of a team.
  • Selfsufficient in recruitment processes
  • The ability to pick up the phone and speak to people (I know, simple, right?)
