Job Summary:

Our Client, a global sports company, is implementing Workday HCM and needs a Sr. Workday Consultant to assist with the completion of Workbooks for the EMEA region.

The project is being run from the US, but the US team does not have a thorough understanding of European laws and business processes.

This consultant will be working with the UK, Sweden, and other countries' teams to gather requirements and complete Workday workbooks.


  • Workday HCM experience supporting Org Structure/Management, Time/Absence, Benefits, and Payroll
  • Collaborate closely with HR teams to understand how they operate and translate that process into Workday workbooks
  • Liaison between HR and IT teams
  • Quick problem solving, documentation, and root cause analysis
  • HR domain / HR best practice knowledge
  • Preferred to have experience with data mapping from legacy systems to Workday. 810 different legacy systems in place and some of the core info will need to be migrated into Workday.
