We are looking for a team member to join our Payroll Team as a Part-Time Payroll Clerk on a Temporary to Permanent basis.

This role is available immediately.

The Job:


We have a part-time vacancy within our Group Head office in Leeds for a Payroll Clerk working a minimum of 30 hours a week.

They are looking for someone with attention to detail, who is a team player and who has initiative.


About you:


You must be able to demonstrate a methodical and logical approach to your work and have confident time management skills.

You must be an enthusiastic and committed individual with the ability to self-manage as well as being able to integrate into an established team.

Hours of work 30 hours per week - Monday to Friday


Key Responsibilities;

  • Responsibility for day to day management of the payroll weekly and monthly. (Circa 2500 employees)
  • Accurately recording, collecting and verifying timesheets.
  • Entering employee information and payroll data into the system accurately.
  • Resolve payroll queries, raise and concerns to the payroll manager.
  • Calculating the weekly and monthly payrolls.
  • Issuing payslips to all employees.
  • Uploading and maintaining the company's pension information for all payrolls.
  • Calculating and uploading relevant HMRC information and managing required payments of PAYE, NI, CIS Tax etc
  • Process annual returns such as P60s and P11D's
