As a Reception/Administrator with Change Grow Live you'll work with people who use our services, helping them get to where they want to be.
No two days are the same and we treat every person who comes into our service as an individual, so being flexible, curious and a good listener are key.
Responsibilities:
The post holder will offer organisational, administrative support to the team that is designed to contribute towards the service's aims and objectives.
Duties for the post include responsibility for front of house activities, dealing with initial queries, welcoming clients and professionals into the service, co-ordinating appointments, signposting to support available within the service and the community and accurate information and data recording.
Post holder will also be expected to fulfil other elements of admin responsibilities such as minute taking, ordering stock and supporting the wider operational team.
