Established in 2016 and building on more than 60 years of engineering excellence, 2Excel Engineering is a fast-growing Maintenance and Repair Organisation (MRO) based in Hampshire, delivering service-orientated narrow body Boeing and Airbus Maintenance to Operators and Owners, Leasing Companies and Governments.

We are now looking to recruit a Training Instructor at 2EE to join us on a permanent basis.

Reporting to the Training Manager, the Training Instructor is a key role within the business and will be responsible for the training of Part-66 and Part-147.

Key responsibilities will include:

Ensure all mandatory training is kept up to date to maintain any authorisations
Prepare and present aircraft technical training courses
Prepare training rooms scheduled for course presentation
Assist with examination invigilation and marking where required
Liaise with Technical Departments to ensure that their aircraft knowledge is kept up to date with any new material
Liaise with the Compliance Monitoring Manager to deliver Part145 training as required
Ensure that the company Health & Safety policy is adhered to in the relevant areas of responsibility

The following skills, experience and capabilities are required:

Have a thorough understanding of Part-66 and Part-14
Undergone an acceptable Practical Assessor course or be willing to undergo such training
Undergone an acceptable Instructional Techniques course or be willing to undergo such training
