An award-winning business is now looking for an
Estimatorto join the team in South West London. This Permanent Immediate Start role offers a competitive salary of
up to £35,000 pa.
You'll take ownership of project costs including valuations, quotations, and forecasts, contractual compliance, and overall profitability.

This is an excellent role for a forward-thinking professional with experience working in the construction industrywho is looking to move into a contract management role, or an experienced Estimator/contract manager looking for their next role closer to home in South West London.

As the Estimator, you will be
:

Preparing and maintaining commercial and private pricing model for clients.
Working closely with the sales team in preparing project cost plans and quotes
Proactively preparing and maintaining pricing schedules.
Supporting senior staff in maintaining revenue and resource forecasts for projects.
Assisting with financial management of large project subcontract, including valuations of work and preparation of final accounts.

As the Estimator, you should have
:

Prior experience working in the construction industry.
Excellent
Excel skills.
Experience working with construction information (schematic drawings, schedules, etc.)
Ideally, experience with
Sage Line 50.

Prior experience in contract management would be ideal, but training will be provided.

Salary and Benefits
:

This brilliant role is offering a salary of up to £35,000 per annum with no weekend work and office hours of 9am - 5pm, and other benefits to discussed at interview stage.
