Red Rock Consultants are pleased to be recruiting for a Mechanical Supervisor to start a contract for us in Newcastle.


Rate:
Flexible

Length: 7 months


Start:
Immediate


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and supervise the mechanical team, ensuring work is carried out to the highest standard
  • Schedule and plan installation work
  • Ensure all subcontractors are working correctly and efficiently
  • Manage inventory and stock control of parts
  • Adhere to health and safety guidelines at all times
  • Liaise with other trades to ensure smooth install.

Requirements:


  • Proven experience as a Mechanical Supervisor
  • Excellent leadership and management skills
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, equipment and processes
  • Good problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced environment
  • Ability to manage sub contractors

Job Type:
Fixed term contract

Contract length: 7 months


Salary:
£250.00-£350.00 per day


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Newcastle upon Tyne, Tyne and Wear: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:


  • Mechanical: 3 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

  • CSCS (preferred)
