As an IFA Administrator, you will be an integral part of our dynamic team, offering essential administrative support to our Independent Financial Advisers.
This position offers an excellent opportunity to work in a successful and established IA firm known for its great culture and commitment to client satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to our team of Independent Financial Advisers.
- Maintain accurate and uptodate client records, ensuring all documentation is completed and securely stored.
- Handle client queries and provide exceptional customer service, both in person and over the phone.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and events for the team.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence with a keen eye for detail.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance operational efficiency and contribute to the overall success of the firm.
- Stay informed about industry regulations and compliance requirements, ensuring adherence at all times.
- Uphold the firm's culture of professionalism, integrity, and outstanding service.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Previous experience as an IFA Administrator or similar role within the financial services industry is essential.
- Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a professional and customerfocused approach.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Experience with the back office system Intelliflo Office (IO).
- Any industry relevant qualifications are desirable.
