My clients are a leading property firm based in Queens Park, they are looking to recruit a

Finance Administrator to support the team.

Duties will include

Providing assistance to the Practice Manager and the Practice in a financial and administrative role.

Financial Administration

  • Use of finance databases/software to oversee timesheet and expenses administration.
  • Preparation and issue all invoices, including gathering and processing information required for
the production of invoices.

  • Maintenance of financial documentation for projects, e.g. letters of appointment and fee
agreements.

  • Production of financial information for Partners and Practice Manager.
  • Maintenance of the finance databases including data entry.
  • Assist the credit controller with information as required.
Administration

  • Maintenance of various spreadsheets.
  • Archiving of financial records.
  • Providing assistance to Practice Manager as required.

Skills:


  • Previous experience of working in a similar role.
  • Qualification in finance preferred but not essential depending on previous work experience.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage and prioritise workload effectively and
remain calm under pressure.

  • Effective and confident communicator.
  • Proactive approach with the ability to use own initiative.
  • Strong maths and administration skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and excellent written English.
  • Experienced user of Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work with confidential information.
