We are currently looking for an experienced personal assistant who will work on behalf of the Managing Director. This role will involve a plethora of different responsibilities, with a strong sense of independent, self-motivated working.You will work and communicate with a large variety of staff; from sales executives to the Board of directors, prioritising the needs of the Managing Director.

As an experienced personal assistant, duties will include but not be limited to:
Provide full administrative support to Managing Director and assist in administrative duties for Board of Directors.
Manage and prioritise appointments and meetings; diarising for the Managing Director.
Previous experience managing multiple diaries
Overseeing and managing the ordering and distribution of uniform, stationary and other relevant supplies.
Time/note keeping during meetings
Attending reviews where necessary
Archive documents in line with D M Keith standards as well as adhering to legal policies and procedures - maintaining an organised, structured database.
Plan, diarise and set up for any relevant meetings
Time keeping for the managing director to ensure smooth scheduling for the Managing Director and the board of directors.
Overseeing and managing the ordering and distribution of uniform, stationary and other relevant supplies.

- Expected to work closely with the Managing Director and other senior staff across all groups
What we offer:
22 days annual leave, increasing with length of service
Working hours that are 5 days a week, 9:00- 5:30 with a 30 minute break
