The company prides itself on quality, efficiency, ethics, and low environmental impact whilst being innovative and dynamic. The company has an opportunity for an Internal Accounts Handler of our Reflex Litho Plus site in Manchester.


Roles and Responsibilities

• Ability to build and maintain excellent client relations
• Understanding client briefs and being able to advise on possible amendments to improve the finished job or make cost savings
• Prepare accurate quotations including any external work that may be required
• Processing orders, agreeing production schedules with customers and producing accurate works instructions
• Keeping up to date with jobs through the Production process
• Raising of Purchase Orders for raw materials and to external suppliers
• Despatching and invoicing completed jobs

Knowledge and Experience

• Working knowledge of offset litho printing is essential and whilst experience within Packaging/Printing is preferred training will be provided if required
• Experience of using Shuttleworth MIS is ideal but not essential
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office e.g. Word & Excel
• Proven ability to handle multiple customers and projects whilst maintaining sharp attention to detail
• Strong communication skills with both customers and suppliers
