Finance Business Partner for a fantastic
technology business based in
Worcester. This role will offer hybrid working within a fast paced environment alongside a fantastic team

Main duties of this
Finance Business Partner role include:

Become a main business partner to a range of finance and non financial stakeholders
Be a key player in driving commercial performance
Drive profitability across the business
Be a key player in budgeting and forecasting
Monitor business information and advice for customers and stakeholders to support decision making, planning and financial management.
Manage the completion of financial records, systems and policies to ensure requirements are met.
Ensure the safeguarding of the companies interests through reviewing and improving current systems.
Deliver high standards of customer care, maintaining relationships with key stakeholders
Recruit, performance manage and develop staff to ensure business needs are maintained
Supporting the companies values and objectives through programmes and projects

Location / Office / Hours
Based in Worcester with great transport links. The role offers hybrid working, alongside a down to earth team and excellent management, working in technology. The Manager is fantastic.
