We have an exciting opportunity for a Business Analyst to join a large Retail transformation programme on a 12-month fixed term contract.

The Claims team have a vision to transform the way customers are served and so the Business Analyst will play a critical role working alongside the Programme Manager and operational managers to understand the outcomes they need and translate them into actionableand realistic requirements to support our delivery for setting up a Claims '23 Investment programme.

Working alongside multidisciplinary teams, stakeholders of all levels, the Business Analyst will understand the needs of the customers' and represent thisin design documentation to support the ongoing projects for the Claims team.

• Work with stakeholders to understand their objectives and key results, for consumer and business.
• Ensure that the customers' needs are understood and represented in design documentation.
• Document current state customer experience & processes including business rules, data assets.
• Work with Product Owners to document current, transition states and aspiration states for operations using a range of methods including rich pictures, interface mockups, process maps, data flow diagrams.
• Work with Security, Data Protection, Conduct Risk, Data Science and Architecture to understand constraints and nonfunctional requirements.
• Draft Story maps, Scenarios and Features with functional and nonfunctional requirements & acceptance criteria ready for working with technology teams.

• Proven experience of working on large scale programmes within Claims.
• Working in SAFE or other agile framework to support breaking work into manageable features.
• Can demonstrate experience rapidly modelling using a range of analysis techniques e.g., Rich Picture, BPMN, Service blueprints, Customer Journey maps, Entity Relationship diagrams.
• Experience working with Robotic process automation is preferable.
• Able to adapt and reprioritise quickly to ensure that any emerging risks are appropriately managed.
