About the Role


Assist in the development, implementation and execution of Go-To-Market plans for a particular range of products & services in the Financial Crime Compliance Product Tribe, through their life cycle in order to optimize overall sales, growth and profitability.

In line with the Company Strategy and Operating Plan, assist in the development, implementation and execution of Go-To-Market plans for a particular range of products & services in the Financial Crime Compliance Product Tribe, through their life cycle in order to optimize overall sales, growth and profitability.


What will you work on- As part of the Go-To-Market squad, within the Financial Crime Compliance product tribe, your key responsibilities will include- Working as an extended member of the product team, you assist in the definition of product/market requirements and provide input to further develop and improve existing and / or new product concepts and/or business solutions based on customer needs.- Participate in product launch projects by assisting in the coordination of all aspects of the go-to-market plan.

Assist in the development of product positioning, product promotion, development of value proposition and related product collateral, training of business development teams, and presentation to customers.- Ensure go-to-market plans are well defined to support Business Development in reaching their commercial objectives.

This includes regular review of marketing material, ordering, pricing and implementation guidelines to support the overall sales process and ensure a smooth customer journey.- Keep abreast with industry trends and develop detailed knowledge of the market needs from a global and regional perspective.- Produce market intelligence analysis in close collaboration with Product Managers/Owners and Business Development to feed the product roadmap- Collect, translate and use data-led information to produce and adapt go-to-market plans and develop relevant metrics to measure portfolio success- Work cross-functionally with various teams, such as Business Developments, Marketing Communications, Customer Experience, Support, etc.

to be able to identify, anticipate and highlight potential dependencies in back-office processes, such as Billing, Contracts and end-to-end Ordering processes.

Identify and anticipate roadblocks and actively seek resolution with peers.

Education- University degree or equivalent studies in a Marketing / Business Development Role


Experience- At least 3-5 years' experience in a compliance related department of a financial institution, or experience as a marketing, product or service development manager in a software company for compliance related products.- Fluent in English, both written and spoken, plus one other language is an asset.
