Position Summary
Job Description

Day-to-day, you will be responsible for the following:

  • Take the lead in day-to-day recruitment for a portfolio of business units, working closely with Hiring Managers and the extended HR team to develop appropriate attraction and sourcing strategies across a diverse range of functions and geographies.
  • Ensure that all vacancies are managed effectively from point of discussing resource requirements through to advertisement, offer and onboarding
  • Proactively attract, source, and select, through a variety of channels to meet the business needs of today, and the critical skills required for the future
  • Optimise and promote Edrington's employer brand, being clear with our employee value proposition and implementing hiring strategies that encourage employee diversity and inclusion
  • Coach and guide hiring managers through the recruitment process, driving consistency in our approach
  • Extending offers of employment in multiple geographies, negotiating offers in line with terms and conditions and local employment terms
  • Supporting Edrington's early careers strategy and related programmes
  • Accountable for external partnerships with agency partners, ensuring they have the knowledge and tools to position Edrington as an employer of choice in the market
  • Contribute to the content and management of Edrington's social media presence to create a talent pool which is choosing to engage with us
Skills and Experience

You will have experience of talent attraction in either an in-house or agency role, working with global organisations operating in multiple geographies with complex company structures, to deliver their talent agendas.

You will be degree qualified in a related discipline, or will be qualified by experience, and you will also have the following:


  • A strong level of planning and prioritisation of workload, ability to manage a highvolume of activity and multitask
  • Excellent communicator both written and verbal with the confidence and gravitas to adapt communication style for audience, and influence at all levels
  • Ability to be strategic and tactical when making business and or people related decisions, deal with ambiguity and changing priorities
  • Negotiation skills with confidence in managing challenging conversations in a proactive way
  • A general interest and understanding of current recruitment trends, market conditions, technologies, and their impact on Edrington's hiring strategy
  • Awareness of modern recruitment practices, systems and processes and legislation, as well as an understanding of immigration requirements in line with recruitment for a global business.
