Fintech-Rec recruit on behalf of some of the most recognised brands within FX, FinTech and Payments._

Your role will be to develop and maintain new business for a corporate FX desk.

Key Deliverables:

Generate new business sales targeting UK and European SME & corporate businesses
Engaging directors and decision makers of mediumlarge businesses across a diverse range of industries & sectors
Utilise tools and corporate databases like CreditSafe to ensure you are targeting key accounts and businesses we are better positioned to help
You will develop relationships with your clients to understand their business' better and how they are exposed in FX the goal is to offer the right FX hedging solution once you understand how the customer is challenged & exposed
Understanding the mentality of solutions sales and having emotional intelligence is vital to being successful with this role
You will work closely with your sales team and strategists to build and present valuable risk management solutions to clients in time learning how to develop these solutions yourself
You will develop trusted relationships with your existing portfolio of clients to retain their business and grow your portfolio
Develop corporate partnerships and affiliate relationships
You will keep yourself up to date with the latest market news ensuring trends and forecasts are reacted upon and your clients are aware of any volatility before / as it takes place offering customers the best hedging strategy within the FX industry

Benefits
Starting Base Salary - £21,000 - £23,000 + Bonus & Commission (Projected OTE Y1 £30,000 - £45,000+)
