Description
Responsible for the scheduling of PAS to ensure optimal cover is provided to meet the Trusts patient facing staff hours target.
To act as the primary point of contact and communication in relation to PAS administrative issues with Operational Managers, staff and other departments.
Create, maintain and provide structured, adhoc reports and information to the Service Delivery Management Team. Ensure administrative stocks remain at predetermined levels allowing for the smooth running of the department.Ensuring records are maintained and filed allowing easy recall when required.
