Description
We are looking for a Payroll Advisor to join our team in Coventry, CV2:
Hybrid Role - 2 days from the office in Coventry


Hourly Rate:
up to £11.00ph


Shift Pattern:
Monday to Friday - 09:00 - 17:00
Weekly Pay


You will need to have a great eye for detail and l ove fact finding to uncover the root cause of the issue, Ideally you will have strong payroll experience and a working knowledge of Itrent to enable you to support our busy payroll team.

Payroll Advisor - Responsibilities;
Inputting of new starters onto the ITrent system
Data entry of high volume of temporary worker hours on weekly basis
Entering timesheets for the processing of payroll
Dealing with employee and payroll queries both written and over the phone
Dealing with queries from other relevant areas within the business - eg Pay queries received
General office housekeeping/administrative duties for the payroll department
Payroll Advisor - what we are looking for;
Significant experience in running payroll on iTrent
Must have experience of processing payroll on ITrent
Previous experience in a fast-paced environment, with a high volume of data entry completed daily
Demonstrable payroll experience with great attention to detail
A team player with excellent communication skills
