Description

You will be directly responsible to the Team Lead/Advanced Practitioner for Nutritional Support and based on either the Gloucester or Cheltenham site.

You will be working to deliver, planning and monitoring high quality nutritional care and education to patients with complex nutrition support needs to inpatients, outpatients or within the home dependent on which specialist team you are based in.

You will be actively involved in the supervision, education and development of designated Band 5 staff and also contribute to the training of A, B & C students each year.
