You will become part of a close-knit team and will use your experience to become an integral team member.

Responding to, and managing, bespoke quote requests.
Liaising with internal departments and the fabrication team when compiling quotes.
Processing technical sales orders.
Responding to sales and customer service enquiries.
Investigating customer complaints.
Contacting customers as part of sales campaigns.
Adhering to agreed processes and Quality systems.
Experience within a customer care/service team.
Experience of working with a technical product
Knowledge of SAP (desirable but not essential)
Great attention to detail
Accurate data entry
