- Responding to, and managing, bespoke quote requests.
- Liaising with internal departments and the fabrication team when compiling quotes.
- Processing technical sales orders.
- Responding to sales and customer service enquiries.
- Investigating customer complaints.
- Contacting customers as part of sales campaigns.
- Adhering to agreed processes and Quality systems.
- Experience within a customer care/service team.
- Experience of working with a technical product
- Knowledge of SAP (desirable but not essential)
- Great attention to detail
- Accurate data entry
