Production Operatives - Permanent

PLEASE NOTE - YOU MUST BE ABLE TO WORK BOTH SHIFTS ON A WEEKLY ROTATION

Location:
Trafford Park - with free on-site parking available


Shifts:

2 x shift rotation, you must be available to work both shifts

Monday - Friday 6.00am-2.00pm & 2.00pm-10.00pm (8 hour shifts)

Overtime when available after 37.5 hours, starting at a rate of 1.5


Rates of Pay:

£9.93 per hour rising to £10.75 per hour after successful completion of a 4 week training period

Key responsibilities:


  • Startup and shut down of equipment
  • Daily maintenance of machinery
  • Work as part of a team to complete orders
  • Work with computers to process artwork
  • Ensure working areas are kept clean and clear
  • Quality checking of the work you have produced
  • Meeting production targets and metrics

Experience required

  • No experience necessary, but previous experience in a manufacturing or production role would be desirable
  • Full training will be provided to become a skilled production operative

Upon becoming a permanent employee further to successful completion of a 3-month probation period,
standard benefits are as follows:

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Manchester, M17 1EH: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
