A property & construction consultancy are seeking a CDM Advisor to join their expanding team.
They have built a strong reputation in the construction industry and work on several projects within the public/private sector, new development, and refurbishment.
ABOUT THE ROLE
The successful CDM Advisor will be responsible for:
- Providing CDM advice to clients and advising on CDM duties
- Issuing F10 notifications
- Providing preconstruction Health & Safety information to other project team members
- Undertaking regular site visits and reviews

REQUIREMENTS:
- Hold at least Tech IOSH membership
- NEBOSH construction or general certificate
- Membership with the APS
Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent
Salary:
£50,000.00-£55,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Winchester, SO21: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:
- Paraplanning: 1 year (preferred)
