At 40 Ounce we are looking for highly motivated individuals who can work in a fast pace environment.

Applicants will be trained up fully and must show a can do attitude with good personal hygeine and be customer focused.

Duties

Prepare and cook food items according to recipes and quality standards
Operate grill and other kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
Ensure proper food handling and storage procedures are followed
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work area and equipment
Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies as needed
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food preparation
Follow all food safety regulations and guidelines

Previous experience as a grill cook or in a similar role preferred
Knowledge of culinary techniques and meal preparation
Familiarity with food safety practices and regulations
Ability to work in a fastpaced restaurant environment
Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members
Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
