Property Maintenance - Urgently Required

Are you an experienced property maintenance person with a wide range of skills? Are you looking for a job with real variety?

We are HMO conversion specialists that require an experienced property maintenance for a large property portfolio in the coventry area.

What you'll be doing:
You'll be responsible for basic maintenance, troubleshooting, fixes and deco works throughout our property portfolio across Coventry.

• Appliance fixes / installations
• Troubleshooting emergencies
• Deco works (painting and decorating)
• Basic plumbing / heating / electrical / tiling works

What we need from you:

• Have your own tools
• Ideally have your own car
• Basic Plumbing / Electrical / Heating / Appliance / Tiling experience
• Highly organised with strong time management, able to prioritise your own workload
• Able to be proactive and use your initiative to find solutions to problems
• Accuracy and attention to detail
• Highly adaptable

Working hours will be 9am - 5.30pm Monday - Friday and Saturdays as and when required.

Salary:
£130.00 per day

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Coventry: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
