Associate Director - Private Equity - competitive salary, hybrid working, based Fareham.

Reed Finance are working with an expanding financial services client to support the recruitment of an Associate Director - Private Equity to join their rapidly expanding team.

Associate Director - Private Equity - £92k basic ++

The purpose of this position is to lead on the delivery and development of the Private Equity fund services that we offer our customers.

A natural leader, the individual will be required to manage key client relationships through effective leadership of a large team to deliver a superior standard of service in the marketplace.

They will maintain and build client relationships.

They will act as a higher authority client contact on day to day queries and solve any issues within the client teams.

They will participate in client fee quotes, negotiations and regular reviews of existing client relationships to ensure client satisfaction. They will proactively identify and secure new improved service opportunities and take appropriate action to correctany substandard service provision.
They MUST have considerable practical business and post qualification experience in the Financial Services sector.
They MUST have had a focus on fund administration and/or accounting
