Established in 2008, Oyster Search & Selection specialise in recruiting HR professionals on behalf of a range of clients in Legal, Professional and Financial Services nationwide and internationally.

We recruit in to roles for both HR Generalists and HR Specialistson a permanent and interim basis.

We are currently recruiting for an experienced specialist in Diversity & Inclusion on behalf of one of our clients in Financial Services in London.

The role is offered on a 12mth interim fixed term contract basis, starting as soon as possible.

Reporting to the Head of Talent, the key objective of this role is to lead our client's D&I activities across EMEA.

Working closely with the wider Talent team, HRBPs and senior executives, you will be responsible for ensuring our client continues to deliveron its commitment to attracting a diverse workforce and to nurturing an inclusive culture.
