**I'm working alongside a rapidly growing Managed Service Provider, with offices across the country and the US, looking to expand their team with a couple new Service Desk Analysts. With the rate the company is growing, there will be ample opportunityfor you to progress within the company As the Service Desk Analyst, you'll be joining the team in the office just outside of Chester. They are a tight knit group of people, regularly holding social events, for that much needed work/life balance.

As one of the Service Desk Analysts you will be on the front line, building relationships with current and future clients, solving and escalating problems that users log.

With the workload, you may also be asked to get involved with some of the bigger projectsbeing worked on by the Support Engineers, helping you to gain skills in areas you wouldn't get to chance to explore elsewhere.

Experience, however basic, is required with the following technologies:

  • Microsoft Productivity suite
  • Microsoft Server Suite
  • Networking and Firewalls
  • Desktop/Notebook operating systems (installation, configuration)
