A rapidly expanding and successful financial membership company are looking to recruit a bright, switched-on and creative Project Coordinator to join their motivated and passionate team based in London Bridge.

As Project and Content Coordinator you will manage three research groups, their related workstreams and output, as well as be involved with the creation and marketing of multimedia content.
The role requires in-market research, as well as keeping track ofindustry developments and trends through companies, technologies, regulations and products/services.

DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT EXCLUSIVE TO:
- Manage market-led project research groups designed to connect people across the industry
- Run the agendas for the research groups, and to establish strong relationships with project team members
- Develop the strategy, themes and proposition to deliver maximum engagement and success; using content as an enabler for audience engagement
- Take primary responsibility for the content and related marketing output
- Produce regular podcasts with important figures across the industry, offering thoughtprovoking conversation and live debate
- Regularly write actionable articles on payments topics for weekly, monthly and quarterly publications
- Monitor project progress and set deadlines, ensuring content is delivered to the maximum standard.
- Manage and track annual project budgets
- Support the conference producers with physical and virtual events, advising on topics and connecting them with relevant experts for research and speaking opportunities
SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED:
- Content Experience
- Project management experience.
- Interest in the FinTech & Payments space
- Exceptional writing abilities, impeccable attention to detail and proofreading skills
- Outstanding time management & organisational skills
- Excellent communicator with exceptional interpersonal skills
- Approachable and positive and able to lead and support all stakeholders. Stakeholder management is essential
