Road Sweeper Driver - Newport, Braintree, Bishops Stortford

  • Ingrebourne Valley limited have a wealth of experience in aggregate extraction, crushing and screening._


We are currently looking for an experienced Road Sweeper driver to ensure roads and quarry are maintained and clean around our various sites in Newport, Braintree & Bishops Stortford.


The key responsibilities of the Drivers include, but are not limited to:

  • Driving the vehicle safely.
  • Basic maintenance skills eg. Jet replacing, checking fluids and tyres, brush changing, cleaning vehicle.
  • Ensure all roadways are clear of litter and debris, to include plant area, quarry and adjacent roads.
  • To act in accordance with the company's Health, Safety and Environmental policies, procedures and practices.
  • Wear PPE at all times.


  • Working days Monday

  • Friday and Saturday morning as required.
  • Experience of operating a Sweeper.
  • Strong communication skills and willingness to take instruction.
  • Enthusiastic and committed.

Qualifications required:


  • Clean Driving Licence
