Project Manager

Salary:
£41,000 - £43,000


Location:2 days a week on site in central London

Job responsibilities include:


  • Manage projects, across the organisation, ensuring adherence to quality, cost and time criteria
  • Understand the business requirements of staff and members, and to support them through the initiation phase of any new projects, completing project documentation
  • Ensure the smooth transition of project deliverables into "Business As Usual" operation through the development of effective documentation, training materials and communication techniques
  • Coordinate and manage multiple projects, ensuring that sufficient resources are allocated and scheduled for each as required
  • Prepare and execute work plans (detailing tasks, timescales, resources, assumptions, risks, costs and dependencies)
  • Discuss and agree priorities, changes in resources and changes to project deliverables with the Senior Project Manager
  • Lead and support people in the delivery of new projects and promote project management approaches across the organisation
  • Ability to successfully manage large projects using Prince 2 or an equivalent methodology
  • Proven project management skills in project life cycle delivery
  • Possess strong interpersonal skills, building productive relationships with colleagues, customers and suppliers
  • Have the ability to demonstrate strong communication skills and present both written and verbal information
  • Have a disciplined approach towards creating and maintaining effective support documentation
