Due to continued success and future business growth, we have an exciting opportunity for a Group Resourcing Partner to join our Group head office based in Chesterfield on a 12-month fixed term contract basis covering maternity leave.

The Role

Key duties and requirements
You will also be responsible for but not limited to;

Providing day to day support to our regional businesses in relation to all recruitment activity, advising on the endtoend recruitment process for all temporary and fixed term appointments.
Supporting hiring managers and key stakeholders with the recruitment process from advertising through to interview and offer.
Conducting all resourcing activity in alignment with Group policy and process.
Actively promoting vacancies across the Avant Homes social media channels in order to enforce employer brand awareness.
Advising hiring managers on interviewing and onboarding best practice.
Preparation of adverts and interview templates.
Providing advice on Apprenticeships and early careers.
Supporting the Group Resourcing Manager with information on KPI's as and when required.
Working alongside the wider HR team in relation to the employee lifecycle.

Who are we looking for?

This is an exciting opportunity for an individual experienced in direct resourcing without the reliance of recruitment agencies, someone who thrives under pressure and possesses the drive and motivation to think 'outside of the box' when traditional methods of resourcing have been exhausted on difficult to fill vacancies.

To be considered for this role you must also possess;

A full UK driving licence.
Previous experience of recruiting for Construction professionals within an inhouse or recruitment agency environment is preferred.
The ability to work well under pressure within a high performing environment.
Experience of working with an ATS.
Knowledge of the early careers' Apprenticeship recruitment process.
Up to date knowledge of employment law in relation to recruitment.
