Wills & Trusts Wealth Management Group offer a range of services to non-corporate clients from financial planning and accounting through to legal services.

Our central Finance division based within our Thame Head Office provide a range of support services to all companies within the group.


The position will entail providing administrative support to the Client Services Team across a range of tasks, primarily focused on enabling the team to free up time to focus on providing both clients and external financial providers exceptional case management and ensure the team is able to meet service level agreements.


Your typical daily responsibilities will include:

  • Opening, scanning and distributing incoming post
  • Scanning documents
  • Printing wealth management plans and other documents
  • Carrying out Client eidentity checks
  • Sending Letter of Authority to external providers
  • Updating CRM systems with client personal and financial data
  • Submitting client paperwork
  • Providing assistance on teamwide projects
  • Producing client reports
  • Attend and provide support at client workshops
  • Update notes from client meetings on the CRM system
  • Create and issue bulk communications for clients
  • Raising recommendations for financial advice processes
  • Diary management
  • File preparations for client meetings

Qualifications:


You will be the sort of individual that always provides exceptional customer service, is highly organised and capable of paying attention to detail.

You will have a can-do attitude and a willingness to learn.
