Sound Music Group is an independent promoter and live-booking agency based in the heart of Liverpool.

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organised and motivated assistant, to work alongside the managing director. You will be guided through the day to day, where you can contribute to the running of the company.

• Liaising with agents, management and venues regarding venue shows, festival bookings and overall logistics.
• Collecting ticket sales information and updating artists.
• Actioning announcements and generating ticket links and promoting artwork.
• Scheduling marketing announcements and gathering content for socials
• Developing relations with managers, venues and agents.

Working with venues throughout England, Wales and Scotland, undertaking live gigs, concerts, festivals, and touring office related jobs including general paperwork.

Acting as a representative of the company, as an on-site company agent/promoter in a direct role or associated role in co-operation with the artists/bands management or external promoters and booking agents.

Assisting the company or external promoters with event ticketing including box office management, and on-site show representative.

At events you will be required to help and assist in the promotion by utilizing company and event social media platforms including Facebook and Instagram.

Job Types:
Part-time, Freelance

Part-time hours: 12-16 per week


Salary:
£10.00 per hour


Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Liverpool, L1 0BG: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:

• Certificate of Higher Education (preferred)

Experience:

• Marketing: 1 year (preferred)
