Are you a solicitor looking for a fully remote role?


Our client, one of the UK's fastest-growing Law firms is seeking an experienced
Pensions Solicitor to join their Employment team on a flexible part-time basis.


What will you be doing as a Pension Solicitor?

  • Advise on and negotiate pension warranties, indemnities, and disclosure
  • Supporting pensions due diligence work relating to share and business acquisitions
  • Reviewing pensions arrangements
  • Provide pensions advice on standalone matters
  • You will be the Employment Team pensions lead

Skills & Qualifications:


  • You will have at least 5+ years PQE or equivalent
  • You will have gained exposure to a variety of pensions due diligence work
  • Accustom to working independently with clients of differing sizes and profile
  • Be able to delegate and supervise tasks
  • Strong communicator
