£33,000 to £36,000 pro rata

Polytec are looking for a Part Time HR Advisor for our Cambridge based client.


Responsibilities:


  • Ensure HR activities reflect best practice (recruitment, onboarding etc)
  • Manage HRIS software
  • Continuously develop HR processes
  • Coaching line managers to adopt people management best practice
  • Organising and prioritising daytoday HR operations

Requirements:


  • At least 3 years' experience
  • CIPD qualification (or working towards one)
  • Team player
