Avanti is currently working alongside an established software company who specialises in the Telecoms industry and works with 100's of suppliers.

We are looking for a Senior.
NET Developer/Team leader to join their team. You will be working within a growingbusiness alongside other great developers within an Agile Environment.

We are looking for either a Senior who would like to progress to a Team Leader role or someone who is already at this level.

In regards to remote working this is a hybrid role with office visits once a week in their office based just outside of Derby.

The main purpose of the role will be to help grow and develop the main system but to also get involved in greenfield projects with exciting new tech.

Ideally, you will be an accurate and methodical self-starter who will share your thoughts on new tech andhave experience with mentorship or looking to progress up the ladder.

There is an opportunity to lead a team of 5 developers straight away or to progress to this point.

The role is paying up to £55,000, with benefits such as private healthcare, 25 days holiday plus BH and an additional day for your birthday, 3% pension, 4x Death in service and Income protection for long term sickness
