Marketing Coordinator
We are looking for a result-driven Marketing Co-ordinator to join our busy marketing team.

As a Marketing Co-ordinator, you will work with the Marketing Team to implement the overall company's marketing strategy.


What you'll be doing:


  • Coordinate the event organising process from concept to delivery for tradeshows, exhibitions, conferences and other events.
  • Work with members of the Sales team attending customer meetings and assisting with marketing support and merchandising activity.
  • Work with the press agency to grow brand coverage in the OEM and DIST markets.
  • Generate ideas and produce creative briefs, and provide copy for all supporting literature.
  • Work with the Product Management team and Marketing Managers to deliver launch packs and marketing collateral.
  • Provide sales support with content and imagery for marketing materials.
  • Support with content, ideas and campaigns for our Social Media channels.
  • Aid the Head of Marketing and Marketing Managers with internal branding, communications and staff engagement initiatives.
  • Support in creating and managing marketing plans with the Marketing Managers for OEM and Distribution.
  • Coordinate an annual calendar of activities throughout the year to ensure alignment of activity across the marketing team.

What we're looking for:


  • Experience in adapting to changing priorities, time management, and multitasking.
  • Adaptable and able to work crossfunctionally as part of the supporting team: Marketing,
  • Product, Technical, Warehouse, Quality.
  • Able to build relationships at ease and adaptable with different personalities
  • Team player.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills content writing and presentation skills.
  • Must have marketing communications experience.
  • Good organisational skills and the ability to work at pace and under pressure.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills both internal and external.
  • Experience and understanding of social media platforms.

Salary:
£20,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
