Access Fintech brings together Fintech providers and in-house technology, orchestrating the interaction of the distributed providers and creating a single visual display of the risk of financial transactions in a global sharable view.
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join and be a part of a leading team, be involved in improving an advanced risk management technology with a focus on the fintech area.
The
Talent Acquisition Specialist will manage the hire crucial on UK&US roles across the business verticals by driving the growth of Access Fintech most important asset - our people.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in full lifecycle recruiting within software or technology
- Live and breathe recruiting
- Handson experience with relevant social media, conferences, and recruiting channels.
- Experience with an Applicant Taking System (ATS).
- Knowledge of HR systems (HRIS) and databases
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- A team player by heart, excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong decisionmaking skills.
- Selfstarter, independent, resultsoriented, and attentive to details.
- Provan experience with working in Startup culture.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with Hiring Managers to ensure our Talent strategy is fully aligned with the business goals.
- Collaborate with external vendors.
- Build hightrust and impactful relationships with employees and leaders.
