Technical Tutor (Radio)

This is an exciting opportunity to join the team of Technical Practice Tutors in the Department of Media, Communications and Cultural Studies at Goldsmiths.

Working closely with the Senior Technical Practice tutor for Radio, your role is to provide technical teaching and support for Radio students using an Electronic News Production System, newsroom, studios, edit suites, and portable recording equipment.

You will work alongside academic staff to support individual and group productions at undergraduate and post graduate level and contribute to the maintenance of radio facilities.

The role involves working 2 days per week during the Spring term - 0.4fte at grade 6 starting w/c 16 January and ending on March 31st.

The actual days will be determined in consultation with the senior technical practice tutor.
