Your Role:

As a Recruitment Consultant, you'll dive into a diverse range of responsibilities, including:

Full-cycle recruitment (360 degrees)
Proactive business development initiatives
Facetoface engagements with schools and SEND provisions
Cultivating new relationships while nurturing existing ones
