Role: Occupational Therapy Assistant

Location: Ditchingham, Suffolk

Hours: 40 Hours Per Week (Full Time)

Salary: £12.07 per hour

We are offering a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual to become part of our diverse team specializing in delivering personalized therapy services to adults with acquired brain injury and cerebrovascular accident. Join our dynamic Occupational Therapy Assistant group at All Hallows, Suffolk, working alongside professionals in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Speech & Language Therapy, Psychology, and Nursing. All Hallows, affiliated with the Oakleaf Group, a renowned provider of specialized brain injury inpatient rehabilitation services.

Essential Requirements:

Experience in a care setting
Background in activities support
Able to engage, teach, and instruct service users
Understanding of the benefits of meaningful activities
Effective team player with great interpersonal skills
Computer literate with strong communication skills

Responsibilities:

Plan and execute therapy programs
Conduct group sessions
Coordinate with nursing staff for therapy needs
Assist with therapeutic personal morning routines

Who we are: All Hallows Specialist Neurological Rehabilitation Centre caters to individuals with complex healthcare needs following a brain injury, stroke, or other neurological events. Services include Active/Complex Rehabilitation, High Dependency/Specialist Nursing Care, Progressive Neurological Conditions, and Community Rehabilitation.
