A brand new Nakanojo restaurant has opened in Marylebone London just 2 minutes from Selfridges.

We're seeking amazing talent to join our thriving team We have a further 4 locations opening in London within the next 12 months and we're looking for great energy, passion and skilled team members to join our crusade


We are committed for our team to maximise and make as much earning potential as possible with Nakanojo allowing the potential for our FOH team to make around £25-30 per hour with our tipping system.

We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Front of House runners to join our team at our busy restaurant.

As a runner, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, serving food and beverages, cleaning and setting up tables and ensuring that our guests have a memorable dining experience.


Responsibilities:


  • Greet guests warmly and provide them with menus
  • Cleaning & setting tables
  • Serve food and beverages to guests
  • Marketing & promotional duties of attracting new guests & responsible for guests returning and rebooking.
  • Ensure that guests everything they need throughout their dining experience
  • Ensuring guests return and achieve a 5 star review on TripAdvisor & Google review
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Assist with opening and closing duties as needed
  • Cleaning & adhoc duties for the management team

Requirements:


  • Previous experience as a server in a fastpaced restaurant environment
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment and support fellow team members
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fastpaced environment
  • Positive attitude and willingness to go above and beyond for guests
  • Knowledge of food and beverage service and hospitality industry trends
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods of time


Salary:
£9.50-£25.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • London, W1U 3JR: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

Experience:


  • Hospitality: 2 years (preferred)
