Description

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and implement ageappropriate activities and programs for children
  • Ensure the safety and wellbeing of all children in the nursery
  • Maintain a clean and organised nursery environment
  • Communicate with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns
  • Follow all health and safety guidelines and regulations

Skills:


  • Excellent communication skills to interact with children, parents, and staff members
  • Knowledge of child development principles and practices
  • Ability to create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children
  • Organisational skills to plan activities and manage resources effectively
  • Patience, empathy, and understanding when working with children of different ages and backgrounds
  • Ability to handle challenging situations calmly and professionally
