Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement ageappropriate activities and programs for children
- Ensure the safety and wellbeing of all children in the nursery
- Maintain a clean and organised nursery environment
- Communicate with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns
- Follow all health and safety guidelines and regulations
Skills:
- Excellent communication skills to interact with children, parents, and staff members
- Knowledge of child development principles and practices
- Ability to create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children
- Organisational skills to plan activities and manage resources effectively
- Patience, empathy, and understanding when working with children of different ages and backgrounds
- Ability to handle challenging situations calmly and professionally
