    Job Title: Clinical Research Associate

    ICON Strategic Solutions is currently hiring Clinical Research Associates for various clients, including major pharmaceutical and biotech companies.

    The position involves working with dedicated teams located in the United Kingdom, focusing on CRAs at the CRA I, II, and Sr CRA levels.

    Responsibilities:

    The Clinical Research Associate monitors activities at clinical study sites to ensure adherence to Good Clinical Practices (GCPs), SOPs, and study protocols. Key responsibilities include reviewing regulatory documents, preparing site visit reports, and working independently and in a team environment.

    Additional tasks may include participating in study development, start-up, and close-out processes, as well as reviewing protocols, preparing Informed Consent forms, and developing key study documents.

    Requirements:

    To be successful in this role, candidates should have:

    • A BS/BA or RN degree
    • On-site monitoring experience
    • A customer service orientation
    • Sound knowledge of medical terminology, clinical monitoring process, FDA regulations, and ICH guidelines
    • The ability to perform travel for site visits
    • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
    • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills and attention to detail
    • Computer literacy, proficiency in MS Office
