Locum Housing Litigation Lawyer - Remote Working - up to £50 per hour Umbrella - West Midlands


Venn Group's specialist legal team are pleased to be recruiting for a Locum Housing Litigation Lawyer to join an excellent Public Sector Organisation in the West Midlands.


Duties may include:

  • Holding a full caseload of housing matters including issues such as Possession, Housing Disrepair, Homelessness, Debt Recovery, Unlawful Evictions, ASB Injunctions
  • Negotiating costs and instructing other lawyers on housing matters
  • Attending Committee Hearings and Injunction Hearings
  • Providing general advice on any other Housing work
  • Assist other case handlers with their caseloads
  • Support and develop more junior members of the team
An hourly rate of up to £50 per hour Umbrella will be considered for this position dependent upon experience.
