Parts Advisor required in Liverpool

Salary: Up to £30,000
Hours: 4week rotating shift pattern

Week

Monday to Friday 6am to 2.30pm, Saturday & Sunday 6am to 12 noon as overtime

Week

Monday to Friday 7am to 3.30pm

Week

Monday to Friday 9.30am to 6pm, Saturday & Sunday 6am to 12 noon as overtime

Week

Monday to Friday 11.30am to 8pm

We are currently working with one of the UK's Leading Commercial Dealerships. Their Liverpool Depot is seeking an experienced Parts Advisor to join their team of Automotive Professionals.

Our client is looking for a Parts Advisor with a keen eye for detail and enthusiasm for the role at hand.

This Parts Advisor role has a real focus on Customer Satisfaction so they are looking for an individual who is both conscientious and enthusiastic.

Responsibilities within this Parts Advisor role:

Locating and Picking Parts for Workshop Staff and Customers
Upselling additional Parts and Accessories to Customers
Internal & External Stock Checks as required
Collecting Parts from other depots within the group
Receiving stock into the department and recording deliveries.

The successful Parts Advisor will:

Have a previous working experience within a Parts Department
Understand the basics of Commercial Vehicles
Be organised and able to work under pressure
Have a knowledge of parts and how to identify them in catalogues and media
Be computer literate & an excellent communicator
