BAM Nuttall are looking to recruit an experienced and motivated Document Controller to join our ASTI onshore team.

Being part of this team, you will play a key part in delivering large civil engineering projects which will provide critical infrastructure to enable future, renewable developments across the Scotland.

The projects are located near Inverness-shire and along the Moray coast.

You will be required to work out of our area offices initially which are located in Inverness and Kilsyth before going onto site for project delivery.

Living away allowance will be provided for working away from home along with other package benefits.


Your mission

  • As Document Controller, you will be responsible for the following:
  • Establish and maintain computer and paper-based document filing systems.
  • Review and distribute documents in line with agreed departmental procedures.
  • Maintain accurate computer and paperbased records, logging distributed documents.
  • Process responses to documents issued.
  • Chase responses to documents issued where required.
  • Administer requests for information.
  • Conduct periodic archiving.

Who are we looking for?

  • Experience working within a Common Data Environment (CDE), i.e. BIM360, Aconex, ViewPoint for Projects.
  • Successful experience of working in a general administration support role or field of expertise.
  • Demonstrable knowledge and experience of operating IT systems, i.e. Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
