If the answer is Yes to the questions above then we may have a great role for you supporting adults with autism from their own home within a group tenancy in Tyldesley.

We are seeking people of all backgrounds to become outstanding Support Workers.


You must be fit and active as one of the roles is to support people to carry out hiking and other recreational activities.

  • Excellent support from your Team Leaders.**The role of a Support Worker is interesting, varied and rewarding and may include supporting people in all areas of their life from waking up and getting ready for the day, helping or teaching them to prepare meals, providing personal care. Helping to access college or work and other day to day activities which may include activities such as hiking, the Gym and sports.


Part of your role is to support a person during significant emotional issues, which is challenging but also very rewarding.

The role includes supporting people on outdoor activities.

You may be hiking or swimming one day and then cycling the next so it is essential you are physically able to support and work alongside people to do this.


The key role of a Support Worker is to assist every person to lead an engaging and fulfilled life from their own home.

  • Basic Pay £21,841.56 to £22, Sleep In payments £69.00. Average basic pay with one sleep from £25,
