Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and organised Marketing Coordinator to join our team.
The Marketing Coordinator will assist in the execution of marketing campaigns and activities to promote Ibstock's products/services, enhance brand awareness, and drive engagement.
This role requires a creative thinker with strong communication and project management skills.Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing plans and campaigns.
- Assist in the planning, coordination, delivery and evaluation of trade shows, exhibitions and customer trade days
- Prepare marketing activity reports and metrics for measuring program success.
- Coordinate the production of marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and promotional items.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitors.
- Assist the Marketing Team / Digital team with the maintenance of the marketing database
- Support the marketing team in administrative tasks such as budget management, scheduling meetings, and maintaining marketing databases.
- Coordinate with external vendors and agencies as needed for marketing activities.
- Additional tasks/duties as required to meet the needs to the business.
Requirements:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and marketing software/tools e.g. Canva
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks in a fastpaced environment.
- Creative thinking and problemsolving skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Some experience (12 years) in a marketing role or similar position.
- Previous experience in a similar industry or sector.
