Administrative Assistant - (Part-Time)
We are looking for an enthusiastic and effective Admin Assistant to perform a variety of administrative and customer service tasks within the small but busy S-B-N team.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Follow the tasks assigned by Centre Manager and report
- Answer the telephone and pass the messages to clients
- Ensure the smooth running of Business Centre
; take care of the premises by making sure that all toiletry supplies are stocked, health & safety procedures and house rules are followed - Customer services and management of client's accounts
- Sign up new tenants, virtual and mailbox clients
- Maintain a database of clients and potential service users
- Raise monthly invoices and follow up arrears
- Maintain filing system, supplies and forms for the office
- Act as communication relay, making sure all parties receive necessary information and that this information is accurate
Hours of Work
Monday - Friday from 17:00 PM - 20:00 PM

Pay:
£11 per hour; £11.5 per hour after probation (Employment references Mandatory)
